The PGA Tour will stay in Florida this week as they head to Bay Hill Club & Lodge for the Arnold Palmer Invitational. When the Palmer family sends an invitation to play in their tournament, you show up. And that is exactly what most of the top golfers in the world did this week. Some...
The NASCAR Cup Series travels to Auto Club Speedway this week for the Wise Power 400. This is one of my favorite tracks because the front and back-stretches have a lot of bumps the teams need to set their cars up to navigate and the corners are wide which produces a lot of speed. The […]
The Cup Series will travel back to California this weekend to compete at Auto Club Speedway. NASCAR removed this track from the schedule last year, but they decided to give the two-mile track one more run before it is replaced by a short-track, similar to Bristol. The racing is usually pretty good at Auto Club […]
The Cup Series had their new practice and qualifying format and wow was it wild. The drivers had a tough time hanging onto the cars. Some of the best drivers in the sport spun out. The list includes: Chase Elliott, Kevin Harvick, Joey Logano, William Byron, Brad Keselowski, Bubba Wallace, Chris Buescher, Ross Chastain and […]
Some people in the garage say, “The real season starts after the Daytona 500.” I do not agree with that because all of the races are worth the same in Fantasy NASCAR. It is important to “survive” the Daytona 500 and if you used my pick last week (Michael McDowell finished 7th), you should be […]
We thought Daytona was going to be the race with a lot of wrecks, but the Superspeedway race was tame compared to what we have seen at Auto Club Speedway Saturday. Some of the best drivers in the sports spun out on their own in either practice or qualifying. Some of the drivers who wrecked […]
The Xfinity Series crowned their first winner when Austin Hill took his No. 21 car for Richard Childress Racing to Victory Lane at Daytona. Now the Xfinity Series travels across the country to Auto Club Speedway to compete in the Production Alliance Group 300. Auto Club Speedway is a worn-out two-mile oval track. This race […]
My goal for all of my subscribers is to provide the best picks possible. Sometimes I come across some information and it makes me rethink my initial thoughts. This is one of those weeks. I found out some information about one of the drivers in my lineup so I am going to make a change. […]
NASCAR is off to a great start in 2022. The hit a home-run with the Busch Light Clash at the Coliseum, Speedweeks produced some great racing and the Dayton 500 was sold out. I expect the party will continue this weekend as NASCAR returns to Auto Club Speedway after a year away from the track. […]
The first race is in the books… So how did you do in the Daytona 500? The picks I provided last week scored 331 points (could have been much better if Brad Keselowski did not decide to punt his teammate, Chris Buescher) and that is great news. I have been providing picks for either the […]
