The NFL is ready to crown their 2025 Champion in Super Bowl LX. The Seattle Seahawks vs. the New England Patriots was not a game that most people expected before the season began, but here we are. This should be a good game with two teams that are well coached, have above average offences and elite defenses. “My Chiefs” took a year off from being in the Super Bowl J , so I do not have a dog in this fight. I just hope it is a good game.
Before I post the picks I want to say THANK YOU to everyone who stuck around after the NASCAR Season was completed to follow my Fantasy Football picks. I hope I was able to help you cash in some contest this year and build up your bankroll for the 2026 DFS NASCAR Season.
Here are my picks for Super Bowl LX….
The game Sunday should play out in one of three ways….
- A close game with a Seahawks win
- A close game with a Patriots win
- A Seahawks blowout.
I do not see any scenario where the Patriots blow out the Seahawks. Seattle’s defense is too good and the Patriot’s do not match up well against the Seattle Defense. I will build the DraftKings Showdown lineups around the Seahawks scoring the most points Sunday.
DRAFTKINGS CASH CONTEST PICKS (SE VS. NE)

Super Bowl LX is not going to break any records for scoring. These two teams are built around running the football and playing solid defense. I typically never fade the QB’s in a Cash Contest lineup, but Sam Darnold scored under 10 DK Points in 3 out of his last 4 games. Drake Maye has not looked good in the playoffs and now he gets his toughest test. Both run defenses are good, but both teams struggle to cover the RB’s out of the backfield. I expect Kenneth Walker and Rhamandre Stevenson to catch a lot of passes and that will raise their floor. Stevenson is cheaper, so he gets the spot in the Captain Position.
Jaxson Smith-Njigba is a lock for all lineups. I wish I could play him from the Captain Position, but your goal in your Cash Contest lineup should be to get 6 players who are guaranteed to score points (No punt plays). It is tough to do that with JSN in the top spot.
Cooper Kupp should get more targets with the Patriots focusing on Jaxson Smith-Njigba, so he gets a spot in the lineup too.
The Patriots rank 15th vs. the TE Position and 24th against teams that play two or more TE’s. The Seahawks rank 2nd in the NFL in heavy personnel (two TE sets). A.J. Barner should have a good game.
DRAFTKINGS TOURNAMENT CONTEST PICKS (SE VS. NE)

The Seahawks have a narrow passing tree. Three players catch the majority of the passes (Jaxson Smith-Njogba, Kenneth Walker and Cooper Kupp). So far in the playoffs, JSN has 13 receptions, Kenneth Walker has 7 receptions and Cooper Kupp has 9 receptions. New England’s Coach (Mike Vrabel) will use “The Patriot’s Way” for a game script for the Super Bowl. He will try to take away JSN by using the Pro Bowl CB (Christian Gonzalez) to cover JSN with a safety helping out. This should leave Kupp open. Kupp is only four catches behind JSN in the playoffs. I will take the $9,600 discount and play Kupp as the Captain.
The Seahawks should be able to play their base defense and put pressure on Drake Maye. I expect a lot of sacks and a few takeaways from the Seahawks Defense. That makes them a good play in this game. I still like Maye since it is so tough to run against the Seahawks and the Patriots will be forced to throw the ball.
Both kickers are in play Sunday. These two coaches are two of the most conservative in the league. They take the points when they are available. I expect the Seahawks to score more points so Jason Meyers gets the spot in the lineup.
Kenneth Walker is a lock for all lineups with Zach Charbonett out of the lineup.
Good luck Sunday!
