Driver Rankings for Kansas

Facebooktwitter

The NASCAR Cup Series will be back to mid-week racing this week. The series will travel to the Heartland to compete at Kansas Speedway. This track also has a race in the playoffs, so it will be a good test to see what the teams have when the races are even more important. The Super Start Batteries 400 can be seen Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.

Kansas is a 1.5-mile tri-oval track. It is similar to Kentucky and Las Vegas Speedways. The difference is that Kansas should have multiple grooves to race in once they get some rubber into the track. I use the Driver Ranking and Green Flag Speed from the races on the 1.5-mile tracks this season, with an emphasis on Kentucky and Las Vegas. I also used the Driver Rating and Green Flag Speeds from the last four races at Kansas.
