

The race Saturday at Michigan was so good that NASCAR decided to run it again. The top-20 finishing positions from Saturday’s race will be inverted and the race will once again be shorted to 312 laps. The race Saturday went by quickly and I expect the same today. The Consumers Energy 400 can be seen at 4:30 p.m. ET on NBCSN.
I used the Driver Rating, Green Flag Speed, Average Running Position and Green Flag Passes from the race Saturday to figure out the rankings for today. I also included the Driver Ratings from the last three races at Michigan (two from last year and yesterday’s race) and the overall Driver Rating from the intermediate tracks in 2020.
