The MENCS will compete at Dover International Speedway this week. The track, also known as the Monster Mile produces some of the best racing of the season. The race can be seen Sunday at 2 PM ET on Fox Sports 1.
I have had many requests for driver rankings before the teams unload their cars and make any laps on the track so I decided I will post my “Early Week Rankings” each week.
I will use different stats each week in my model to create the best rankings possible to give you an edge on the completion. This week I used the drivers performance in the 2018 season, driver rating at Dover, average finishing position at Dover, results from Bristol (Most similar track to Dover) and the fastest laps of the season (drivers who have been turning the fastest laps in 2018 usually perform well at this track).
