The monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will compete at Dover International Speedway Sunday. This is the third race of the 2017 MENCS Playoffs. There are only eight races left in the season so I need to finish strong in order to climb to the top of the overall standings in Fantasy Live. My picks are currently beating 99.7 (677th overall). I really want to finish inside the top 100 for the second straight season so I have some work to do.
There are 400 laps and 400 bonus points available for leading laps and fastest laps in the race. It will be important to try and capture as many of these points as possible. The July race at Dover had two dominators. Kyle Larson led 241 laps and Martin Truex Jr. led 102 laps. I expect these two drivers to be dominators again Sunday.
I have been using Martin Truex Jr., Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson as my three top drivers for the past month. I see no reason to make any changes this week. These three drivers have dominated the races this year and they are the drivers likely to dominate Sunday.
My two final picks are Danica Patrick and Landon Cassill. Patrick started 31st and finished 10th in the June race. She starts 24th Sunday. Cassill started 34th and finished 27th. He starts 31st Sunday. I expect both of these drivers to score position differential points at Dover.

** I am hedging my bet on my bonus picks. I think Kyle Larson will win the race but just in case he does not, I picked Toyota as my manufacturer.
