Fantasy Live allows each team to try and predict the driver who will win the pole each week. You do not have to make a pick, but if you do and you are correct; your fantasy team will earn 5 bonus points. These points can add up and be the difference in a few positions in your league standings so we need to get them right this year.
My pole picks for Fantasy Live have been hot lately. I was able to correctly pick the pole for the last two races and 4 of the last seven races. I hope to keep the hot streak going for the Bristol Night Race. Each point matters in Fantasy NASCAR.
Here is my pick for the Pole at Bristol: Chase Elliott
I’m going with Chase Elliott as the pole winner Friday evening. The No 9 car has been very good at starting up front at Bristol. Elliott won the pole for the April race at Bristol and he qualified 2nd for the Bristol Night Race last year. Elliott also won the pole for the race at Dover this season (very similar track to Bristol). The No. 9 car posted the 4th fastest speed in final practice. Elliott has 3 poles this season and I think he will add another pole Friday.
* The only concern I have with Chase Elliott is that he goes out 20th in qualifying. The track could pick up speed at the end of qualifying. Ryan Blaney, Denny Hamlin and Erik Jones go out last and they should be good too. If you want to be different, Blaney or Hamlin would be good options.
Good Luck this week!!
