Fantasy Live allows each team to try and predict the driver who will win the pole each week. You do not have to make a pick, but if you do and you are correct; your fantasy team will earn 5 bonus points. These points can add up and be the difference in a few positions in your league standings so we need to get them right this year.
Qualifying on the large tracks has been very unpredictable this season since the draft has come into play. This makes qualifying on the short tracks more important in Fantasy NASCAR. We need to make sure we hit on some of the pole winners on the short tracks since these races will be easier to predict.
Here is my pick for the Pole at Martinsville: Martin Truex Jr.
The No. 19 car looks like the car to beat Sunday. He was fastest on most of the long-run speed charts and he told MRN radio, “I think we will have something for them for the pole today.” Truex won the pole for this race last year and I think he will do it again Saturday evening.
Good Luck this week!!
