Fantasy Live allows each team to try and predict the driver who will win the pole each week. You do not have to make a pick, but if you do and you are correct; your fantasy team will earn 5 bonus points. These points can add up and be the difference in a few positions in your league standings so we need to get them right this year.
Here is my pick for the Pole at Pocono: Chase Elliott
Chase Elliott posted a blistering fast lap in final practice. Only a few cars made qualifying runs but when you compare the N. 9 car to the No. 19 (Martin Truex Jr.) who was also in qualifying trim, Elliott was .800 faster than Truex. That is a lot in racing. I will roll the dice with Elliott as my pole pick for Saturday evening.
