The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series has completed 18 of the 36 races. It is hard to believe the season is half over. The Daytona 500 seemed like it was not too long ago.

The series is starting to through a transition. The Fords had a lot of speed to start the season but it looks like the Toyotas have caught up to them and even passed them with the speed in their cars. This has a lot to do with NASCAR enforcing the rules more tightly. The Fords were alleged to have been shaping the front splitter to manipulate the air under the car. Now that each car must have a perfectly straight splitter, the Toyotas have picked up a lot of speed. The one thing that main consistent is that Martin Truex Jr. and Kyle Larson have the best cars each week.

Here are my Fantasy NASCAR Power Rankings as the series heads to New Hampshire…
