NASCAR One & Done Picks for Kentucky

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will compete at Kentucky Speedway Saturday night in the Quaker State 400. This is will be the seventh race of the season on the 1.5-mile tracks. These races tend to be more predictable than some of the larger and smaller tracks. This would be a good race to use one of your top drivers.

Daniel Suarez will be my pick for the One & Done game at Kentucky. He has not run very well this season but his No. 19 Toyota looks fast. Suarez was 10^th fastest in the first practice and 8^th fastest in final practice. Suarez qualified 11^th and he has the speed to run in the top 12. I will start Suarez this week and save my top drivers for the playoffs.

* I would use Erik Jones this week if I did not use him at Charlotte.
