NASCAR One & Done Picks for Pocono (Sunday)

Facebooktwitter

NASCAR will complete the triple-header of racing Sunday with the Pocono 350. The race can be seen Sunday at 4 p.m. ET on Fox Sports 1. I am not sure why NASCAR thinks it is necessary to have two races at the Tricky Triangle. Unless you are from the Pennsylvania region, most fans could probably find another track to add another date too (Homestead and Watkins Glenn are two that come to mind), but it is what it is.

We have to use Cole Custer at some point this season. I doubt he will ever start higher than where he starts Sunday (5th). Track position was very important Saturday and it will be again Sunday. Custer won the Xfinity Series race at Pocono and he now has three races in the Cup Series on his resume. I am hoping he can simply finish in the top 15.
