The 2018 Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will be competing at Pocono Raceway this week in the Pocono 400. My One & Done picks have been pretty good this season but I had some bad luck with Ryan Blaney at Kansas and Erik Jones at Charlotte. Hopefully my luck turns around at Pocono.

Jamie McMurray is my pick in the One & Done games this week. He ran really well at Charlotte and McMrray liked his car in practice. McMurray qualified 3rd and he has a history of running well at Pocono. I will take my chances with the No. 1 car this week.
