NASCAR One & Done Picks for Sonoma

Facebooktwitter

The Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series will travel back to California this week for the Toyota Save Mart 350 at Sonoma. This is a good week to take a chance with a driver who runs well on the Road Courses but does not have much value on the 1.5-mile tracks.

Here are my picks for Sonoma…

Sonoma Kasey Kahne ? Sonoma Jamie McMurray

?

Kasey Kahne will be my One & Done pick this week. AJ Allmendinger will be the popular pick but he is much better at Watkins Glen so I will save him for that track. Kahne is a previous winner at Sonoma and this is a driver’s track. Michael McDowell always ran well here in the No. 95 car and Kahne has more talent at Sonoma than McDowell. I expect to see Kahne finish in the top 15 this week.

Good luck this week!
