One of the more popular ways that some people play fantasy racing is by entering a NASCAR Pick’ems Contest. Players select one driver for each race, but you can only select a driver one or two times during the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series season. I will be providing my picks each week to help out members who play these types of games.

My pick in the 1 and Done contest at Kansas was an epic fail. Joey Logano was running in the 10th position and moving forward when his brakes broke off the car and sent him and other drivers into the wall. Talk about bad luck. I will try to bounce back this week with a top-five at Charlotte.
No driver has dominated the races on the 1.5-mile tracks and the races at Charlotte as much as Martin Truex Jr. He should be a lock for a top-five finish and maybe a win. I will take my chances with the No. 78 car this week.
Good luck this week!
