The final race of the season is here. This was my first year playing the NASCAR Pickem’s game (One & Done). I found out that after 20 races the picks become much harder. I am sure next year will be a huge success because I learned a lot this season and I plan to build upon it in 2018.

My average finishing position for my One & Done picks is 18th this season. That is not great. Next year I will be focused on having a top 15 average finishing position.
My average finishing position for my Pick a Driver Twice league was 12th. Finishing in the top 10 in this game should be your goal. That will be my goal for the 2018 season.
I originally had Ross Chastian as my last pick for the One and Done game but he withdrew on Friday. I do not have any good drivers left so I will make do with what I have. I am selecting Jeffrey Earnhardt and hoping for a miracle Sunday.
Kyle Larson will be my pick in the Pick a Driver Twice league. I have been saving Larson for this race because he is so good at this track. His four consecutive DNFs scare me but he is the best driver I have left. I will take a chance with the No. 42 car Sunday.
Good luck this week! We need it at this time of year!
