Slingshot Fantasy Auto Contest Picks for Chicago

Facebooktwitter

The MENCS will compete at Chicagoland Speedway Sunday for the Overton’s 400. This will be the first sixth race of the season on a 1.5-mile track and the eighth race on an intermediate track.  The drivers who have run well on the 1.5 and the 2-mile ovals this season will be the drivers up front Sunday.

Slingshot Fantasy Auto Racing Contest awards 20 bonus points if you have the winning driver in your lineup. This will be a good week to chase the 20 points. Only 3 drivers have won in the last 11 races on the 1.5-mile tracks (Martin Truex Jr 5, Kevin Harvick 4 and Kyle Busch 2). Selecting these three drivers will give you a great chance to score the 20 bonus points this week.

Slingshot Fantasy Auto Racing Contest also award 2 points for every position gained in the race. We need to try and find some drivers who will start in the middle or back of the pack and finish up front Sunday. The drivers I think can score a lot of place difference points this week include Kasey Kahne and Matt Dibendetto.

Here are the rest of my picks for the Chicago….

Kevin Harvick ($12,200) (Starts 13th)

Martin Truex Jr. ($12,000) (Starts 12th)

Kyle Busch ($11,800) (Starts 18th)

Kasey Kahne ($7,700) (Starts 28th)

Matt Dibendetto ($6,200) (Starts 32nd)

Good luck this week!
