One of the easiest fantasy racing games to understand and play is the nascar.com Streak to the Finish game. Players must select a driver who finishes in the top 10 in order to start a streak. Each race you pick a driver and as long as the driver finishes in the top 10 your streak continues. If your driver finishes outside the top 10, your streak ends and you must start a new streak. The game rewards the teams who can put together the longest streaks.
My hot Streak continued at Richmond. I selected Austin Dillon for the Xfinity Series race and Kevin Harvick for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series. Dillon finished 4th and Harvick finished 5th. My current Streak stands at 10 races.
One of the rules for the Streak to the Finish game is that players do not have to select a driver for each race. You can sit out a race and not risk losing your streak. Talladega is a perfect race to use this strategy because anything can happen at this track. I feel confident about my picks for the Xfinity Series since it is easier for the more talented drivers to stay up front.
I am not so confident in the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series race. My plan is to sit out the Cup Series race if my pick for the Xfinity Series extends my streak. Trying to pick both races is messing with fire. If my Streak ends with the Xfinity Series race I will use my pick for the Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series.

Camping World Truck Series: No Race This Weekend
Xfinity Series: Elliott Sadler (He won two of the last three races at Talladega)
(* I cannot use Joey Logano, Kyle Larson, Austin Dillon or Erik Jones because I already used them in my Streak. Joey Logano would be my top choice if I could use him.)
MENCS: Dale Earnhardt Jr. (I will sit out this race if my Streak is extended to 11 following the Xfinity Series race)
(* I cannot use Kevin Harvick, Kyle Larson, Kyle Busch, Brad Keselowski or Joey Logano because I already used them in my Streak. The two Team Penske Racing drivers would be my top drivers if I could use them.)
