NASCAR will celebrate Memorial Day with a race at Charlotte Motor Speedway. This is not any normal race. This is a 600-mile marathon with the best tributes to our veterans in all of sports. Get a comfy seat on your couch. We are in for 400 exciting laps of racing in the Queen City.
The Cup Series had their normal practice session at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The teams had 20-minutes to shake down their cars before they lined up for qualifying. Most of the teams were able to make some long runs. There are going to be a lot of pit stops Sunday, so we need drivers who are fast on the short and long runs and have a fast pit crew in our lineups at Charlotte.
