The Cup Series races at Kansas Speedway Sunday. NASCAR gave the teams 20 minutes to shake-down their cars in practice. That is not a lot of time to make any adjustments but some of the cars were able to make some long runs to give us a good idea of the speed the cars have for the race. The cars were impounded after qualifying so the speed they had on their qualifying lap will be the speed they start the race with. I added the practice speeds to the drivers track history and performance on the intermediate tracks for the picks Sunday.
