It was a crazy morning at Bristol Motor Speedway. The track was trying to keep the PJ1 (Traction Compound) applied to the bottom of the track but rain drops made it difficult. The cars were forced to go through pre-race inspection and some drivers failed and will start from the back.
Kevin Harvick posted the fasted 15-lap, 20-lap and 30-lap average speed and now we might know why. The No. 4 car failed inspection so Harvick will start from the rear and be scored from the 13th starting spot in Fantasy NASCAR. Ryan Preece went to a backup car so he will start in the back as well.
I switched Kevin Harvick for Clint Bowyer in my Fantasy Live lineup. I also decided to go with Joey Logano as my race winner, instead of Harvick. Track position is very important at Bristol and it will be difficult for Harvick to make his way to the front.
