The Cup Series will continue their short track portion of the schedule when they travel to Thunder Valley to race in the Bristol Dirt Race. If you do not want to hear me rant, simply scroll down to the driver rankings….
NASCAR is trying hard to improve their sport, but turning Bristol into a dirt track is a horrible idea (In My Opinion). Bristol was the first track I went to. It is the reason why I was hooked on NASCAR. Bristol used to be my favorite track. Why ruin it by placing dirt on it? Racing on dirt is not a bad idea. Doing it at Bristol is.
The Cup Series will have practice Friday and then run the four qualifying races Saturday. The Food City Dirt Race is schedule for Sunday at 7 pm ET FOX.
