The NASCAR Cup Series will travel back to Las Vegas this week to take the green flag in the first race in the Round of 12. There are only seven races left in the 2021 season. That means we have used 29 drivers so far in the One & Done game. It is not going to be easy to find quality drivers in these final races, but I saved some to help us get to the checkered flag.
If you already used the drivers that I recommend, be sure to ask me which driver you should use for your One & Done game in the Member’s Forum.
My One & Done pick for Bristol was Matt DiBenedetto. The No. 21 car fought a loose race car all night. DiBenedetto ran outside the top 15 for most of the race but some late cautions helped him get his car dialed in for the last 50 laps. DiBenedetto finished 10th. I’ll take it. Now we need another solid race from another ford Sunday night.
My One & Done Pick for Las Vegas: Brad Keselowski
I have been saving Brad Keselowski for this race. I am just happy he advanced in the playoffs and has a lot to race for Sunday night. To say Keselowski is good in Sin City is an understatement. He has finished 2nd, 13th, 7th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st, 6th, 5th, 1st, 7th, 1st and 3rd in his last 12 races at Las Vegas. That is a 4.25 average finishing position over the last decade. That is too consistent to ignore this week. I will roll the dice with Keselowski and hope it comes up Snake Eyes.
Good luck this week!
